Who we are
FixItRightPros connects homeowners with independent local contractors for home window and glass repair. We don't do the work ourselves: each contractor gives their own price, does their own work and gives their own warranty.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the quote form: your name, your email, your phone if you choose to give it, your ZIP code, the details of the job (what's wrong, how many windows, when you need it, what you write) and photos if you send them.
Why
To get you a quote: we review your request, send it to one local contractor and write to you about it. An automated tool helps us sort requests (type of job, urgency); a real person reviews each one before it goes to a contractor.
Who sees it
Us, and the one independent local contractor we choose for your job, who receives your name, contact details and job details so they can contact you with a price. We send it to that contractor because you ask us to when you check the box on the form. We also use service providers that store our data and send our emails (for example Google Firebase); they only use it to provide that service.
We never sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Up to 2 years after your request, so we can help with the job and its warranty, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Access and deletion
Email windowrepair@fixitrightpros.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it, or to stop receiving our emails. We answer within a few days.
California residents
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information, directly from you: identifiers (name, email, phone), location (ZIP code) and the job details and photos you send. We use them only for the purposes above and disclose them only to the contractor for your job and to our service providers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what we collect and how we use it, to ask for a copy, to correct it and to have it deleted, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. To use them, email windowrepair@fixitrightpros.com.
